Kids' and Adult Dance Classes
Our dance lessons and courses are for everyone, from tots to teens to adult professionals. Dance classes help to build strength, stamina and coordination as well as developing good posture and self-esteem.
Dance involves a range of motion, coordination, strength and endurance. The entire body is used and is an excellent form of exercise for all over fitness and fun.
