Our dance lessons and courses are for everyone, from tots to teens to adult professionals. Dance classes help to build strength, stamina and coordination as well as developing good posture and self-esteem.
Dance involves a range of motion, coordination, strength and endurance. The entire body is used and is an excellent form of exercise for all over fitness and fun.

We offer a wide range of structured dance classes for all ages and abilities in a safe learning environment. Our staff is composed of friendly qualified practitioners that are all DBS checked. They offer expert guidance to help you or your child reach any dancing goals. Opportunities to be entered for examinations and competitions are also offered at our centres.
