Monday: 7am-8pm
Tuesday: 7am-8pm
Wednesday: 7am-8pm
Thursday: 8am-6pm
Friday: 8am-4pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
Sunday: 8am-4pm
Last entry is 1 hour before closing times.
Coming right from work or school or going out after the gym?? Showers are available all day every day. See reception for more info.
last time for shower use is 30 minutes before closing.
