We are offering 8 people the oppurtunity to complete a FREE 12 week programme starting Mid- February with our resident Fitness Coach to help you lose weight and improve your health and wellbeing.

Our very experienced coach will meet with you and devise a programme that is right for you to help you achieve your goals in 12 weeks offering exercise & nutritional advice along the way.

This programme will offer you the use of our great facilities for the 12 weeks including Fitness Suite, Fitness Classes and Swimming pool, he will track your progress and offer advice to keep you motivated. You will also have others in the team taking on this challenge to meet with to exercise together if you wish to  help each other acheive your goals
