Have you seen our new updated timetable?

 

With the easing of restrictions we are happy to welcome members back with our new timetable with more classes and some familiar faces back teaching with us!

With more than 40 classes per week including some of your favourites such as: Step Aerobics, Yoga, Dance Aerobics and Power Pump we’re sure there will be a class for you to enjoy and to help you reach your goal!

Classes are a great way to help kick start your fitness but can also keep you motivated when you need that extra boost!

Classes are included in our membership so all members are welcome to join them. If you would like to know more about any of the classes, speak to a member of staff in club or send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.
