Regular users of Better Gym Mere Green may have seen posters on the walls many times throughout their time at the gym, however more recently the gym have taken a new approach to help keep their members motivated and coming back. A workout of the month is now published and promoted within the club, not only to keep the members engaged but also share new ideas of exercises that could be added to their workouts.

Ever have those days when you walk in the gym with all the best intentions but unsure of what to do? Workout of the month does what it says on the tin- it’s a new workout created by one of the Personal trainers, released each month to all members to give them a workout or new exercise ideas.

Better Gym Mere Green wanted to focus the workouts towards the members who perhaps aren’t attending the classes or a Personal Trainer and prefer to exercise on their own. If a member is stuck in a routine of doing the same workouts each time they attend, a workout of the month could give them the inspiration they need to try something new.
