At Better Gym Bradford we are always looking for ways to provide unique services at competitive prices.

We're delighted to announce that work will be commencing soon and we will be getting a brand new Sauna and Steam room.

At Better Gyms, the Sauna and Steam Room make a great place to unwind. But they can help with more than just relieving stress and relaxing the body and mind. Increasing blood flow, helping with weight loss and skin cleansing are proven benefits.

So if you're looking to relax, or enjoy the health related benefits, head to our brand new health suite when it reopens next month!

Better Gym Bradford GM Umar Ghafoor says, "We can't wait to get the sauna and steam room back up and running. I know a lot of members have been asking and we wanted to make sure we fit out the health suite to a really high standard to ensure our members have the best experience when we reopen." 

The benefits of using a steam room include:

  • improved relaxation and reduced stress
  • increased social interactions 
  • improved cardiovascular health

Our Sauna and Steam room is the perfect place to relax after a hard training session or to wind down after a day at work. 

The works are due to start in March/April and will be ongoing for around 4-6 weeks. We expect the sauna and steam room to be open around May when Ramadan has ended and ready for members when they return to normal training schedules.
