We have made some additions to make our timetable at Abbey Leisure Complex even better.

 

Total body conditioning (legs, bums and tums) with Beatrice on a Monday at 10.45am and Wednesday at 7pm.

Powerlifting class to build, tone and get lean muscle. Each hour long class can see you burning up to 500 calories.

If you’re looking for something a bit more relaxing we now also offer a Mindfulness class too on a Friday at 12 with Lucy. It’s a relaxing mind and body meditation class. Based on allowing the stress thought-out the week to fade and let your mind and body rest.
