Here at Parkside Pools and Gym, we are lucky to have an outstanding team, of group exercise and fitness instructor, that lead a variety of classes and sessions catering for all. Our classes are extremely popular and as we walk around the centre, it’s not uncommon to hear new members chatting about classes they’ve just sampled for the first time or see longstanding members socialising after sessions over a coffee supplied by our café manager Moz!

The feedback we receive from members is extremely important to us as it lets us to know how members are getting on and what improvements they wish to see across the timetable. A great example we received this week is from Mr Paul Crocker. He wrote:

“I have been attending core stability classes Monday lunchtimes since January and a single Thursday lunchtime class. Can I just say how professional, motivating, knowledgeable and innovative the trainer Fabio is! This is a great addition to my Ironman training and is improving core strength. Fabio has developed multiple exercises to keep the 30 minutes interesting, varied and diverse.”

Following on from feedback like this and the help of our Fitness Instructors Fabio and Roji, we have been able to introduce 3 NEW CLASSES to the Parkside timetable bringing the total of weekly classes to OVER 60! The new classes are the following:

NEW: Extreme Interval Fitness, Friday’s 19.00 - 19.45, with Roji

(Class starting Friday 4th April 2019)

NEW: Strength and Conditioning, Sunday’s 10.00 - 11.00, with Fabio

(Class starting Sunday 14th April 2019)

NEW: Box Fit, Sunday’s 11.15 - 12.00, with Fabio

(Class starting Sunday 14th April 2019)

 

As with all of our classes, you can book your space up to 14 days in advance either online or through a member of our reception team. There are limited spaces available though so be sure to book quickly to avoid disappointment! We hope to see you at our new classes and we look forward to continuing to develop the programme over the following months!
