Kids are just the Excuse

New research reveals that one in four parents feel too busy to spend enough time with their kids, long working hours, lengthy commutes and exhaustion are partly to blame with nearly 3 in 10 saying they leave the house at least once a week without seeing their children.

Here at Better Eastern Leisure Centre we have lots of activities for you and your little ones that will allow you to be big kids with your kids, come along to our toddler world sessions, parent and baby swim class, book a badminton or squash court, enjoy a family swim and spend more quality family time together or for families with children with additional needs why not try out our Family swim session which caters for this on a sunday afternoon between 2pm - 3pm this session is ideal to build water confidence in a relaxed friendly environment.
