We’re excited to announce that we’re launching a new inspiring way to workout at Maindy Centre this October with our Ballet Fit class.

Our Ballet inspired fitness combines a blend of unique ballet moves, Pilates, conditioning and strength exercises, all designed to help build a lean, dancer like physique.

The class launches on Wednesday 17th October 4.30pm – 5.30pm and will continue on a weekly basis.

So, if you’re looking to build your core strength along with improving stability and balance then this is the class for you.

Book in advance to avoid disappointment - spaces are limited to enable the class to gain improved personal attention from the instructor.
