The benefits of regular exercise include a healthier heart, increased wellbeing, and a better quality of life. However, many of us find getting fit a struggle. It becomes a challenge when it shouldn’t be – which is why we host National Fitness Day: to highlight the simple and easy steps you can make to become more physically active and all the while enjoy it.

Here at Maindy Centre we will be offering a range of events so why not try a new activity or you could look to start your personal fitness journey for the first time: we will have plenty of opportunities for you, your friends, your family, and colleagues to try!
