Before using the gym you'll need to complete an induction, so our fitness instructors can check you are well enough to train. This gives you the opportunity to get advice about other activities the centre may offer which could help you achieve your fitness goals.

Re-focus sessions are available to you at any time, where our fitness instructors will mix up your fitness programme. Did you know that keeping your workout more varied and challenging will actually keep you much fitter?
Junior Gym 11-15yrs old
At Chalfont Leisure Centre we are offering a membership for juniors between the age of 11-15 years that includes gym, swimming and a badminton court booking one per day during off peak hours
These sessions are a brilliant starting point for any child wishing to get fit and active in safe surroundings
The junior gym sessions run 7 days a week so there is no excuse to not take up this opportunity
We require all new users to complete an induction with a member of our fitness team, where your child will be inducted in the safe use of the equipment. Once completed they can book into any of the sessions throughout the week.
