Laura our resident Personal Trainer is holding a seminar for women on the benefits of resistance training on Thursday 4th July.

There are two seminars 12-12.45 and 1.45-2.30 that will provide you with information on the added benefits of resistance training and how this will help in you in everyday day life along with the key health benefits associted with resitance training.  

The seminar is open to members and non members free of charge.
