We just wanted to let you know about a small change that we’ve made to the names of your fitness classes. There’s nothing to worry about, and you’ll continue to enjoy the same benefits from your fitness class programme. 

The content of the classes will stay the same, but the names of the classes and how we talk about them will change. Our fitness classes will now fall under the following categories:

Let’s Be Strong - Start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.

Let’s Focus - Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived.

Let’s Work It - Get your heart pumping and feel better, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes.

Let’s Move - Get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Take a look at the downloadable PDF below to see what classes are changing at this centre.
