Junior Gym sessions run at the following times:

Monday-Friday: 3.30pm-5pm

Saturday & Sunday: 2pm-5pm

 

Junior Gym sessions are monitored by our experienced Fitness Instructors, who also provide a mandatory junior induction before a junior member can start using the gym. This induction outlines the safety rules and equipment that can be used by junior members.
