Visit Barking Sporthouse & Gym this February for half term fun for all the family!

We’ve got something for everyone:

  • General Jump sessions
  • Soft play sessions 
  • Skate park sessions
  • Junior Gym sessions
  • Adult & junior gym sessions

Sessions are running Monday to Sunday. Please make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Trampoline & Play Park

  • General Jump sessions are on all week from 11am – 6pm
  • Soft play sessions on all week 10am – 6pm

Have fun bouncing on our main courts, enjoy a game of dodgeball or see how many shots you can get in our basketball hoops.

Skate Park

  • Monday – Friday our sessions will be running from 2pm-10pm
  • Saturday & Sunday our sessions will be running from 10am-6pm.

Enjoy a skate session at the largest indoor skate park in the UK.

The skate park offers over 900 square metres of skate ramp terrain, with a beginners area and street zone with ledges, ‘flat bars’ and ‘Euro-gaps’, and a key-hole Birchwood bowl.

Booking times are for 2 hours - 10 minutes for entry & 1 hour 50 minutes activity time. Online bookings only. Participants under the age of 12 require an adult to be present in the area at all times. Come skate ready as lockers are not available. All hire equipment is not permitted, All participants are required to bring and wear their own helmet and safety equipment whilst taking part in the activity.

Junior Gym

  • Monday - Sunday 9am - 12pm

Junior Gym benefits 11 to 17 year olds both physically and mentally, as well as providing a safe space to meet new friends. With a qualified instructor present for all of the sessions and an induction prior to the session mandatory for all participants, get your teenager active at Junior Gym. 

Adult & Junior Gym  

  • Monday - Sunday 12pm - 6pm

 Adult members can bring their child from the age of 9 to a gym session which is bookable via the app and on line - just look for adult and junior gym.

The sessions are a great way for family members to work out and have fun together. Normal junior gym rules apply with 9/10 year olds only being able to use cardio equipment.

Coffee Corner is also available for soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks.
