Visit Barking Sporthouse & Gym this April for half term fun for all of the family!

We've got something for everyone:

Sessions are running Monday to sunday. Please make sure you book sessions prior to your visit to avoid disappointment.

Trampoline & Play park 

  • General Jump sessions are available all week 11am-6pm 
  • Soft Play sessions are available all week 10am- 6pm 
  • Birthday Parties are availlable please email us to find out more!

Have fun bouncing on our main courts, enjoy a game of dodge ball or see how many shots you can get in our basketball hoops.

Skatepark

  • Monday - Friday our sessions will be running from 2pm -10pm 
  • Saturday & Sunday our sessions will be running from 10am-6pm

Enjoy a skate session at the largest indoor skatepark in the UK.

We have over 900 square metres of skate terrain,with a beginners area and street zone with ledges, 'flat bars' and 'euro-gaps', and key hole birchwood bowl.

Booking times are for 2 hours - 10 minutes for entry & 1 hour and 50 minutes of activity time. Participants under the age of 12 require an adult to be present at all times. All participants are required to bring and wear their own helmet and safety equipment whilst taking part in the activity.

Junior Gym

  • Monday - Friday 10am-12pm & 4pm-6pm 
  • Saturday & Sunday 9am-12pm 

Junior gym benefits 11-17 year olds both physically and mentally, as well as providing a safe space to meet new friends. With a qualified fitness instructor present for all of the sessions and an induction prior to all sessions are mandatory for all participants, get your teenager active at Junior gym.

Adult & Junior Gym 

  • Monday - Sunday 12pm-6pm 

Adult members can bring along their child from the age of 9 to a gym session which is bookable via the app and on line - just book adult and Junior gym.

The sessions are a great way for family members to work out and have fun together. Normal Junior gym rules apply with 9/10  year olds only being able to use cardio equipment.

Coffee corner is also available so why not relax and have a nice coffee!
