Whether you’re taking the first steps on your fitness journey or you’re looking to stay in shape, you’ll find everything you need at Hendon’s Better gym.

We know that everybody’s different – and we all have our own goals, which is why we offer loads of different types of training and support. At our gym facilities you can get fit and raise your heart rate with cardio and functional area upstairs, or build your strength and stamina in strength training area downstairs.

We want you to feel comfortable, even when you’re working out. So you’ll find dedicated sessions for female members, as well as junior.

Our Female only sessions in the gym are from 9am-11:30 on Sunday and our Junior Gym times are 3:30-6:00pm Tuesday and Thursday and on a Saturday from 9am-12.
