Free swimming for children with physical disabilities

 Level Water in partnership with Better is offering free swimming lessons for children with physical disabilities. The funding is available for children:

-Aged 4 to 11

-With a physical, hearing or visual disability

-Without a major behavioural, social or learning difficulty

-Who cannot swim ten metres

Swimming is a great sport for all children, but it can be ineffective or unsafe for children with disabilities to learn in mainstream groups. Level Water funds small group and one-to one lessons until they are ready to join a group lesson or competitive club.

As part of the partnership or teachers have received specialist disability training. We will then deliver the lessons as normal, but Level Water will cover the cost until your child is ready to move on.
