Sometimes, it can be pretty hard to finish a strenuous workout on your own especially when it’s cold and dark outside. Training with a partner however, opens up a whole new range of possibilities for motivation.

Your training partner can help you hang tough and achieve your goals, regardless of how far away they may seem at first. Agreeing to exercise with a friend will also gives you an incentive to do something active and stick to it.

It will help change your perspective of working out to something that can be more enjoyable and sociable

Every Friday this October between 9am and 8pm, we are inviting you to come along with your friend for free, simply book in at reception to save your spot.
