Off peak hours at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre

Please note our off peak hours at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. 

Off Peak: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm/Saturday & Sundays 1pm - 5pm

Peak: Monday - Friday before 9.00am and after 5pm/ Saturday & Sunday before 1pm

For off peak memberships you must arrive for entry at 9am and not before. For last entry it is before 5pm and not after.

Better Health & Fitness 16-18 & Better Health & Fitness Concessionary memberships are also on an off peak basis.
