SWIMMING

We have various sessions to keep your children and the whole family entertained. From swim for all, splash sessions to structured swimming lessons, we have a session to cater for all.

 Come along and make a splash at one of our sessions!

TODDLER SPLASH

A fun filled, family swim session, designed to challenge and stimulate all children under the age of five. Nursery rhymes included to make your experience more enjoyable.

JUNIOR GYM

These dedicated sessions allow 11 - 15 year olds to use the gym in a supervised sessions. Enjoy working out to latest tunes whilst woking out with your friends. After you induction which is carried out on your first visit. Fitness instructors are on hand to write a specific training programmes, and give you ongoing advice.

JUNIOR CIRCUITS

This sesssion allows 11 - 15 year olds to increase fitness levels in a supervised and fun sessions.

Intense workout for immense results. We'll put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training, designed to push ypu that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition.

BETTER for: Strength, stamina and endurance.

JUNIOR GROUP EXCERCISE CLASSES

This session is suitable for juniors between 11 -15 year olds

Monday to Friday 16:15 - 16:45

Junior Group Cycle

This class will push your physical endurance and stamina to the limit. It will be led by a highly qualified Fitness Instructor in a fun and safe environment. The class will keep their wheels turning not only at school but in their fitness life.

 

Junior Total Body Conditioning Class

Using a wide range of equipment this class will help juniors to strengthen and tone. Working on the whole body and overall fitness techniques the juniors will be able to take what was taught in the session to use it in their own gym time.

JUNIOR SPLASH TIME WITH INFLATABLES

Try your luck leaping over the high jump, scalling the floating Pyramid, and jumping through the hoops like a dolphin. This sessions is desinged for children between 8 -15 years old and who can swim 25 meters. 

We guarantee that everyone involved will have a whale of a time.
