We value your feedback and would love to hear your views on our services and give you the opportunity to have your say in our future. If you are a regular gym goer, swimmer or fitness class user, please keep reading.
We are excited to invite a handful of our lovely members from across all of our activities to attend our member forum at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club on 7th December from 6.30pm until 7.30pm.
What to expect on the day: We are all about our customers and will open up the floor to the customers in attendance so that you can share your views with us. Light refreshments will be served throughout the forum.
Who will be there: General Mangager Dean Martin & Assistant Manager Fatima El-Faddali will be in attendance to take on board your feedback and answer any questions you may have.
Following the forum, we will review all feedback and strive to deliver the improvements you seek. We will keep all members up to date with any changes via social media platforms, website, community boards and of course by engaging with you at the club.

We will send out the Forum invitations no later than 2nd December.
