Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club is looking for a full time Lifeguard along with a number of casual lifeguards to join the successful team here at Charlton Lido. The club boasts a heated 50m lido, teaching pool, state of the art gym, open air cycle studio and a spacious indoor studio available all year round.

Lifeguard (Recreation Assistant)

Are you a strong swimmer, hard-working, vigilant, passionate, friendly and professional?

A Lifeguard/ Recreation Assistant is responsible for the cleaning, preparation and general safety of areas in the facility. Key responsibilities include the safety of customers in the swimming pool and its surrounding areas. In addition to  lifeguarding and maintaining facility cleanliness, our recreation Assistants are the first point of contact with customers and will need strong communication and social skills  along with being able to assist customers with enquiries in a friendly and effective manner.

 If you have all of these qualities then we have employment opportunities that might just be the challenge you are looking for. If you don’t have a current NLPQ qualification we can offer the training you need, you just need to be a strong swimmer and be able to complete a timed swim.
