To celebrate International Women’s Day on the 8th March Better leisure centres in Greenwich will be providing free activities for women and girls to get active. Bring a friend along to use the gym, go for a swim or try a fitness class. Sessions will be taking place in the week leading up to International Women’s Day at leisure centres and at two community venues (see schedule below). Richard Gallagher Partnership Manager for Better said ‘Better want more women and girls to be active and remain active throughout their lives; these free sessions are a great way to try something different to see what you like”.
