Say "Hello" to another new member to the Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub team, Sean! 

Sean has been involved in the fitness industry for  approximately 17 years. He has a real passion and enthusiasm for all things Wellness/Fitness. Sean has also worked with GLL/Better since 2015 in various roles.

He loves to help people. His training methods are science-based whilst having a strong emphasis on fun with an educational approach.

Sean has worked in the UK, America, Bermuda & now Thailand as a health & fitness professional.

Sean is qualified to teach: Yoga, Pilates, Spin/group cycle, Boxercise, Circuits and Legs Bums & Tums. 

Sean does his best to tailor make exercises for the individuals needs coming from his personal training back ground.

 

He has learnt with some great teachers i.e., Michel Besnard, Roslyn Ying, Wayne Zimmer, Stella Nash, Ole Eugenio and many more.

Exercise and Training Philosophy

Sean really does work on an emphasis of “body awareness” so what may be right for one individual’s needs may be different for another. Sean believes making FUN a big element of his classes as exercise naturally has the element of discomfort but a bit of humour and positivity can help make it a bit more bearable
