Prepaid customers can book 14 days in advance.

Late cancellations made less than 2 hours before the activity start time will incur a late cancellation charge of £3.00.

No cancellation / show will incur a charge of £3.00.

Please ensure you collect your ticket from reception or the kiosk prior to your class and give the receipt (ticket) to the instructor.

Customers must scan their card on our turnstile gates and provide a ticket to the instructor before starting their classes to ensure they don't incur a fee.
