At Better we aim to provide fun fitness and wellbeing activities for everyone. Phoenix Fitness Centre run a wide range of dedicated sessions aimed at supporting women and girls to be more active.

Our For The Girls sessions aim to inspire you to be happier, healthier and more active. They're all about feeling great, having fun and putting your best foot forward.

WOMEN ONLY SESSIONS

Run exclusively for women by women, Phoenix Fitness Centre's Women Only sessions are designed for females of all abilities, so you don’t have to be sporty to join in and have fun. Our aim is to support women and girls in the local community to be more active.
