For this month's challenge we have chose a lateral raise hold. How long can you hold the dumbbells up in the air and win the prize?!
To perform this you will need to keep a correct posture, chest up, back straight and arms raised parallel to the body. Males will be using an 8kg Dumbbell whilst Females will be using 4kg.

A fitness instructor has to be present at all times during the attempt of the challenge to get an accurate reading of the time and to assess posture and form.
