Better Gym Harrow Update

First of all, we would like to thank all of our members for their support during this challenging time. We have greatly appreciated your patience and understanding while we have worked to welcome our members back across the UK.
The economic impact of COVID-19 has been felt by many across the UK, and unfortunately here at Better we have also been affected. As such, we regret to announce that Better Gym Harrow will no longer be operating and will be closing on Friday 28th May.
We understand this may be disappointing news, but we're committed to the health and wellbeing of everyone in our community.
What members need to know
Members have been emailed directly with regards to how their memberships have been affected. To support our members during this closure, we have automatically transferred memberships to Wembley Leisure Centre, which will be classed as their home club. Memberships have been upgraded to UK-wide access - which gives our members the flexibility to try a different Better Gym or leisure centre in their local community to still get the most from their membership.
If members decide to not continue their membership with us, cancellation can be done quickly and easily through the Better UK App.
For any customers with Annual Memberships or Block Bookings with us that may have a credit on their account, we would ask them to get in touch with our Customer Services Team by email customerservices@gll.org and they will be happy to further assist.

As a charitable social enterprise, your membership really matters, and helps us to continue to provide vital services in your local community - and we will look to support our members during this transition period to help them get back to the activities they enjoy.
