Wondering what to do with the kids during this half term? Running out of ideas or bored of the same routine?

That's where Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre come in! We have a programme full of various activities for you and the family to come and get involved. Whether its to occupy some time or to do something a little different to your usual plans.

From 14th to the 18th February 2022

Short Courses are available to book which will help reinforce the learning during term time swim school programme. This is great to help keep the kids confident and developing their swimming abilities. 

Monday 14th to Friday 18th

10.00am-10.30am Foundation Non Swimmers

10.30am-11.00am Foundation Top Up

11.00am-11.30am Foundation Top Up

11.30am-12.00pm Foundation Non Swimmers

Monday to Friday

No matter your fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, float away any stress, or just simple want to enjoy a more casual swim with your family and friends.

Swim for all is available weekdays and weekends and a great opportunity to have some fun during the half term break.

 

Junior Gym 

Monday to Friday

11.00am to 1.00pm

And

3.30pm to 5.30pm 

Saturday and Sunday

11.00am to 1.00pm

 

Adult and Child Gym 

Junior gym is a dedicated session where teens and older children aged between 11-17 can access the gym and get active. All sessions have a member of staff present, so if you are unfamiliar with any equipment, you can always ask them for safety advice. All juniors, however, are required to book a junior gym induction prior to attending the session. 

Monday to Friday 11.00am to 1.00pm

Saturday and Sunday 3.00pm to 5.00pm

 

Basic Fitness Classes for Adult and Juniors

Monday 14th February 2022

2.45pm to 3.30pm Basic Core Conditioning 

Wednesday 16th February 2022

2.45pm to 3.30pm Basic Body Conditioning

 

These classes are new to the programme for Half Term week only and are a great way for you and your child to attend the class together.
