Kids under the age of 16 years can swim for £1 before 10am at any of our Swim For All sessions.

As part of our ongoing involvement in providing for the local community, we want to provide opportunities for everyone to use our facilities and encourage families to come along to our pools in order to develop and grow their children’s abilities in the water.

Swimming is an incredibly important life skill that we at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre are passionate about.

Moreover, swimming is a great means to exercise for people of all ages. Swimming increases your heart rate to improve cardiovascular health, and the resistance from the water can help tone and strengthen the muscles and joints without the stress of weightlifting or impact from activities such as running.

The swim for a quid campaign allows children from their first year of life to the age of 15, to come along with their parents during our swim for all sessions. The offer is only valid before 10am but Swim for All sessions have been extended for the summer holidays and are available to book on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday’s from 9am.

The summer holidays often pose challenges for families trying to find different activities to keep children occupied and that is where Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre have done the hard work for you. All you need to do is book, and enjoy a swim to cool off this summer.

Accompanying adults usual admission applies. The offer is available on participating Swim for All sessions before 10am. Bookings are recommended to guarantee admission. Swim for All sessions are great for family and friends to have fun spend some casual time together during the school holiday mornings and on the weekends during term time.

Full terms and conditions available at better.org.uk/offer-terms. Available for 11-17s at participating UK swimming pools on Swim for All sessions before 10am. Sessions subject to availability. Swim Safely rules apply.
