One of the best ways to create healthy habits is to start teaching children about the benefits of eating well and regular exercise from a young age.

 

But another way children learn is by watching adults. From the moment they first see you driving a car, to using your phone and even watching TV. The way you behave and act is impressionable on children from as early as the age of 3.

 

And this is one reason why we offer Adult and Junior Gym Sessions!

 

If you’re a member of our gym you can bring your child from the age of 9 along to your gym session.

 

Not only is this a great way to spend time as a family and keep the kids occupied during time off school, but it reinforces the importance of living a health balanced lifestyle.

 

Our Fitness Instructors are also available to give you and your child advice on fitness and on how to use the equipment and build a great foundation for exercising.

 

Junior Gym rules do apply to these sessions meaning only cardiovascular equipment may be used up until the age of 11 and as an adult must be supervising your children at all times.

 

All you need to do is book via the app and online. Once booked, show up and get involved.  

 

Adult and Child Gym

Saturday and Sunday 

3.00pm to 5.00pm

 

Junior Gym (11 to 17 year olds)

Monday to Friday

3.30pm to 5.30pm

Saturday and Sunday

11.00am-1.00pm
