I am Team GB
We are thrilled to announce that we have teamed up with ‘I am team GB’ to host a number of activities, to help celebrate the festival of sport.
Here at Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex, we are offering a variety of activities on Saturday 14th August, 2021
These activities are free to try, all you need to do is just book a space.
On the day:
Fitness Classes
Outdoor Zumba – Located on our Iconic Lido at 10:00am with Monica
Indoor HiiT - In our famous sports hall at 11:15 with Patrick
Lido Swimming
Our Lido is open from 8am until 5 pm, with a variety of Swim For All & Swim For Fitness
Racquet Sports
We are also offering Badminton and Table Tennis on the day
