Take part in our October chin up challenege and win a prize!

The challenge is how many chin ups on the monkey bar can you complete without stopping.

Rules as follows:

  • Provide one referral e.g. a friend or family member who may be interested in using a free day pass for the gym.
  • Grab one of the Holloway staff members to record how many chin ups you can complete without stopping.
  • Full range of motion in order for your chin up to count with a underhand grip.
  • The person to get the most number of pull ups In October wins a fantastic prize!



     Chin ups have many benefits such as:

  • Multijoint exercise – requires you to use more then one muscle group
  • Muscle groups involved – back, arms, shoulders and core
  • Increases upper body & grip strength
