Take part in our October chin up challenege and win a prize!
The challenge is how many chin ups on the monkey bar can you complete without stopping.
Rules as follows:
- Provide one referral e.g. a friend or family member who may be interested in using a free day pass for the gym.
- Grab one of the Holloway staff members to record how many chin ups you can complete without stopping.
- Full range of motion in order for your chin up to count with a underhand grip.
- The person to get the most number of pull ups In October wins a fantastic prize!
Chin ups have many benefits such as:
- Multijoint exercise – requires you to use more then one muscle group
- Muscle groups involved – back, arms, shoulders and core
- Increases upper body & grip strength
