How many tricep dips can you do in 30 seconds on the bench?

Come in and take part in our monthly Gym Challenge this February and have a chance to win a fantastic prize as well as having fun.

All you need to do is:

  • Speak with one of our friendly member of staff who will take you through the challenge and record how many dips you can do in 30 seconds on the bench
  • The person to do the most number of dips will win a fantastic prize
  • Oh, also you can provide a referral e.g. a friend or family and we can offer them a free day pass worth £10
