New £130K gym refurbishment at Sobell Leisure Centre

Sobell Leisure Centre has a new and improved gym following its £130K refurbishment. The gym has been fitted with a range of state of the art Technogym equipment and a new functional training zone.  The refreshed look and feel includes new equipment, lighting and dedicated training zones, including:

• 15 cardio machines
• 23 strength and resistance machines
• 3 skill elements for balance and core stability
• Functional zone for multi activity training
• Sled Track

The dedicated cardio, strength and functional areas provide a range of equipment to suite your training needs. This allows members to mix up their sessions and workout at their own pace.

If would like some advice on how to use any of the new equipment, please speak to a member of staff in the gym and they will be happy to help. Anyone wishing to come and view the new gym is welcome to pop in any time. A member of the team will be available to show you around and answer any questions you have.

Sobell Leisure Centre boasts a huge array of facilities, including a gym, trampoline park, fitness studios, soft play, multi-court sports hall, squash courts, ice rink, dojo and boxing gym. There is also a range of sports courses for children to join.
