Kensington Leisure Centre, in partnership with Kensington and Cheslea Council, will be providing a range of activities, free to attend, on Saturday 7th March for women and girls.

 

This is in support of International Women's Day - which promotes that an equal world is an enabled world. How will you help forge a gender equal world? Celebrate women's achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.

 

Throughout the day, the following activities will be available:

  • Yoga*; 9.15am to 10.15am
  • Rebounder*; 10.15am to 11am
  • Mindfulness*; 10.15am to 10.45am
  • Family Zumba (age 14+); 11.30am to 12.30pm
  • Spinning; 12 noon to 1pm
  • Family circuits (age 14+); 12.30pm to 1.30pm
  • Laughing yoga; 10am to 11am
  • Combat fitness; 1.15pm to 2.15pm
  • Pilates; 2pm to 3pm
  • Swimming and gym use; 2pm to 4pm
  • Squash; 10am to 12 noon
  • Kids activities (tennis, basketball, table tennis); 1pm to 3pm
    • (Drop your kids off while you take part in activities)
  • All day – Bike rides, pop up bike market, smoothie bike, face painting, health checks, healthy living workshops/information and discounted spa treatments.

All activities are first come first serve
