Our Pilates sessions are designed to reform the body and will help to accelerate the process of stretching and strengthening the body as well as improving alignment and increased core strength.

New to Chelsea Sports Centre is our 55+ Pilates Class on Tuesday mornings. Perfect for concentration and muscle control for a highly effective workout.
