Things you need to know when attending a class

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. When you arrive at the centre you will be met by the instructor who will take you to the location where the class will take place.

We recommend you bring your own mat, particularly when attending Yoga and Pilate’s classes. Mats will still be available if you do not have your own mat. As changing rooms will not be in use, please bring only the essentials (towel, water bottle) and arrive ready to exercise.

How to book all of our classes

Book your class today online or download our Better app on your smartphone. Classes can be booked by members or non members* (If it’s your first time booking an activity online you must register through our website). Bookings will open 7 days in advance for members and 5 days for casual users.

Please note: With limited spaces available at the moment, we want to make sure that everyone has a chance to get back to the activities they enjoy. We’re all in this together, so if plans change and you can no longer make your booking, please remember to cancel more than four hours in advance so that we can make this space available for somebody else.

Late cancellation or missed fitness class bookings will incur a £3 charge which will need to be paid in full before further activities can be booked. The charge can be paid online, or at the centre - whichever suits you best. By managing, cancelling and re-booking your activity on the Better UK app, you’re doing your bit to support others and keep our community moving!
