Come and try FREE pan-disability inclusive sports and activities with your family and friends.

 

All abilities and disabilities welcome.

On Saturday 14th May Ladywell Arena will be hosting the Lewisham Inclusive Sports Festival between 2pm and 4pm

In partnership with Access Sport, Lewisham Council, and Ignite London we will be offering a range of sporting activities for children and young people aged between 6 and 16 years old.

The sports on offer include

  • Athletics
  • Cycling
  • Dance
  • Multisports
  • Parkour
  • Rugby
  • Taekwondo
  • Tennis

 

Sessions will be delivered by fully qualified coaches from a range of sporting organisations across the local area.  

 

The festival is a 'Have a Go' day where all sport clubs will be running sessions for the whole 2 hours. You are welcome to come along and decide what you would like to try on the day.

Food vouchers will be given out to the first 50 people that arrive (parents, carers and children). These will be worth £5 and can be used at the Good Hope café.

Parking is not available in centre, however pay and display parking is available on surrounding streets for the event, please ensure that you read all relevant signage and follow the restrictions.

 

Ladywell Arena is located between Ladywell and Catford Bridge train stations and can also be reached by bus. Buses stop on Lewisham High Street the closest bus stops are located by Mount Pleasant Street (Stop HF and HS) these stops are a 10 minute walk away so please ensures you leave enough time to arrive promptly for 2pm.
