Significant Investment for repair works to the Fitness Pool & Leisure Pool update

Centre Improvements:

Significant investment has been allocated for repairs to Wavelengths Leisure Centre. Along with our approved main contractor, we are working to deliver a bright and fresh feel to a full restoration; including the Fitness Pool, soft play and the instillation of brand new Speedstiles. 

We are working closely with Lewisham Council to ensure that we can return outstanding leisure facilities to the community as quickly and safely as possible.

We are extremely grateful to our customers for their continued patience. We appreciate the centre is an important community facility and we are extremely excited to welcome them to the new and improved centre.

Current works: All tiles removed, bottom of pool tiles laid

Estimated completion date: Summer 2021

Leisure Pool:

The council will shortly begin a consultation process regarding the Leisure Pool to see how viable it is to repair whist also exploring other options to ensure the best use of the facility.

 

Swimming Lessons:

If you are an existing swim school customer or if your child's membership was transferred over to us you will be contacted to see if you would like to book onto swimming lessons at Glass Mill or Forest Hill, another option would be for your child's membership to remain frozen until the Fitness pool at Wavelengths reopens. If you do not receive an email from us It's due to us not having an email address on file for you. Alternatively of you are not an existing customer please keep an eye out of our website and Better UK app for information on our lessons and courses. All swimming lessons need to be booked online via:
