We would like to say a massive thank you to all our members and users for helping us achieve this great award for all three centres in Merton – Wimbledon Leisure Centre & Spa, Canons Leisure Centre & Morden Park Pools.

At better we always put the customer first and are constantly trying to improve and make things better.

This is why we are very proud to get recognised with a “Customer Service Excellence” award after being assessed on every aspect of the centres and their staff.

From member's first contact with reception, to post-membership surveys all your feedback is vital to us and much appreciated.

Through different means of gathering feedback, including: Meet the manager and you said, we did, club meetings, user surveys and Listen 360; we are able to communicate well with our members and hear what you are telling us.

Working together with some great partners, the community is at the heart of these centres, that’s why we want everybody to feel welcome and able to enjoy the facilities.

Keeping this up and contining to take on board all feedback and comments, we want you to be a part of even better times ahead.
