Our Group Cycle class is great for burinig calories and having fun. So why not join our expert instructor Suzanna who will take you through your paces, challenging you to push harder than you've ever pushed before!  

In an average Group Cycle class participants can burn upto 560 calories with the help of uplifting music and a fitness fuled atmosphere.  This class is great for developing your lower body strength, helping to tone and shape your legs and to develop your cardiovascular fitness.
