We’re launching SWiMBiES!
We’re back and the teaching pool is waiting for babies and toddlers to sign up to our brand new SWiMBiES classes taking place each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Morden Leisure Centre.
The sessions are available for little ones aged 3 months to 4 years and cover all of the basics with lots of fun along the way. Each half an hour lesson with our qualified teachers enables young children to bond with their parent in the water whilst building confidence and learning water safety.
Little ones aged 3-12 months start in Dippers, then move on to Splashers (13-24months), followed by Paddlers (2-3 years) and finally our Preschool class (3-4 years). Lessons have a clear child-focussed approach meaning that children and their grown ups move at their own pace and are linked to their own natural development. What better way to bond with your child!
Spaces are now available to book on the following days and times:
WEDNESDAY’S
9:30-10am – Dippers (3-12months)
10-10:30am – Splashers (13-24 months)
10:30-11am – Paddlers (2-3 years)
11-11:30am – Preschool (3-4 years)
THURSDAY’S
3-3:30pm – Preschool
FRIDAY’S
3-3:30pm – Preschool
Children must be joined by their adult in the pool at all times. Please arrive at the centre ‘swim-ready’ with costumes under clothes if possible and you will only be allowed access 15 minutes before the start time of your lesson. Adults must wear a face-mask when inside the centre unless exempt and classes run 50 weeks of the year.
