Better Wimbledon Achieve "Excellent" for QUEST 2019

QUEST is the Nationa Sport and Leisure Quality Scheme within the UK run by Sport England. Quest is designed by and for the industry to help managers enhance and continue to improve the quality of service provided to customers.

Better Wimbledon is thrilled to announce that the centre has achieved an "Excellent" status in this year's QUEST National Benchmarking Assessment. We are very proud of this achievement for the centre as this is an improvement from the previous result of "Very Good" over the last two years. 

  • This includes a mystery visit and a 2 day assessment.
  • The assessment is conducted against the 8 Facility Core Modules on day 1 and 5 choice modules on day 2.
    • The 5 choice modules must include a minimum of 3 GPLUS modules and include 1 'Compulsory' module
  • The bandings are Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Good, Very Good or Excellent.

Wimbledon Leisure Centre and Spa will now be looking to further this achievement by applying for QUEST Stretch award, for a further unnanounced audit, with the potential to achieve an "outstanding" status.
