Meet Michelle

Namaste

Authentic. Grounded. Passionate. That's me. Yoga has been a fundamental part of my life since 2003, helping me overcome the depths of sorrow and loss, and even helping in the birth of my own children.  Prior to doing my 200 hours RYT, I was a full-time Primary school teacher for 20 years where I shared my passion for yoga with the students through my yoga club.  The aim of yoga isn't to do the splits or to do the handstand; the aim of yoga is to find what YOU need deep inside you.  Along the way you'll become stronger in both body and mind.  I look forward to sharing my passion and love of yoga with you in my inclusive classes.
