Fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls.

For a fitness programme tailored to your needs, just ask one of our fitness instructor and they'll be happy to put together a workout to suit you.

Before using the gym you may need to complete an induction, so our fitness instructors can check you are well enough to train. As well this gives you the opportunity to get advice about other activities the centre may offer which could help you achieve your fitness goals.

Re-focus sessions are available to you at any time, where our fitness instructors will mix up your fitness programme. Did you know that keeping your workout more varied and challenging will actually keep you much fitter?

Group Exercise

To vary your workout why not try a group exercise class? We offer a range of classes, from beginners to advanced level, in a fun and sociable environment.

Choose from:

* Aerobic - Get your heart and lungs working more efficiently and help make everyday tasks that little bit easier

* Body - Want results? Look no further than these classes to tone and condition your body

* Calm - Stretch, relax, and get in tune with your body.

Outdoor facilities

There are a number of outdoor sports facilities at the Centre, perfect for getting out and enjoying some fresh air!

The following are all available for booking:

  • Basketball

Breathe Therapy Centre

Breathe at the Colombo centre has the largest team of therapists on the Southbank and are open seven days a week.

Their physical therapies include sports & relaxing massages, acupuncture, one to one yoga and Tai Chi. They also have a mind therapy team offering Hypnotherapy, CBT, Psychotherapy, Addiction counselling, Nutrition and Mindfulness courses.
