We're going cashless to improve our customer journey
From the 1st May 2018 we will no longer accept cash payments at Sutton Sports Village. This is to improve the service and reduce queues and waiting times at the reception area.
This decision reflects the changing way that people pay for goods and services in London and we are confident that it will bring many benefits to our customers.
Payment for all services and activities, including fitness classes, gym, cafe and drop in sessions will only be accepted when purchased online or with mobile, contactless and card transactions in centre.
What's more, we will no longer be recieving incoming phone calls, with all calls being directed to the webiste for the most up to date information. This change will take place from 1st September 2018.
