Join us for our brand new yoga class on Wednesday 1st of November with our brand new instructor George! 

Yoga has many health benefits focussing on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. All abilities are welcome to come along. 

Classes will run every Wednesday, 10.30-12noon in Studio 2.
